The son of William Luker, Sr., William Jr. was educated in London and Oxford. He exhibited extensively, including at the Royal Society of British Artists (1895-1945), the Royal Academy (1865-1879, and 1915-1919). While he did not specialise in dogs, canines make up a large part of his work. |
