Little is known about Lucy Waller, except that she painted a wide variety of pure-bred dogs, including several of Dandie Dinmont Terriers. She seems to have specialized in show dogs and showed her work at the Royal Society of British Artists between 1840 and 1852, and between 1891 and 1892. |
